Herby Pea Hummus

- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of mint
- ½ lemon, juice and zest
- 100g peas, thawed
- 1 tbs dark almond butter
- 1 tsp Zatar
- ½ tsp salt
- Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until still slightly smooth yet spreadable.
- Spread onto a slice of freshly baked bread.
