Herby Pea Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • ½ lemon, juice and zest
  • 100g peas, thawed
  • 1 tbs dark almond butter
  • 1 tsp Zatar
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until still slightly smooth yet spreadable.
  2. Spread onto a slice of freshly baked bread.
