2 small persimmons, cut into chunks & seeds removed

Instructions
Boil a pot of water. Add Swiss Chard and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Add Swiss chard, Sesame, Sesame Oil, balsamic and persimmon into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or place in the fridge to serve later. Since you blanched the Swiss chard it has already wilted so you can let this salad sit for a while and it will still look and taste great.
