Ingredients
  • ½ bag kale (100g), roughly chopped
  • 2 garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 300g cooked Kaniwa or Quinoa
  • salt
Instructions
  1. Heat up the coconut oil in a pan and add the onion, chilli and garlic. Fry over medium-low heat until the onion has softened. Add the kale and cover with a lid until the kale has wilted (takes approx. 5-7 minutes). Stir in the cooked kaniwa and serve.
