Cut the figs and the nectarine into slices and halve the plums.
Add the figs and nectarine slices, the plum halves and the pomegranate kernels into a casserole dish and add a dash of vanilla, mix well and then place it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the fruit has softened.
When your fruit has finished baking drizzle with a little agave and top with the chopped hazelnuts. You can also toast the nuts prior to serving if you like. Last but not least serve with a dollop of soy yogurt, coconut yogurt or vanilla ice cream, what ever your heart desires.
