Add the chopped banana, oats, raisins, chia seed, flax seed, vanilla, cinnamon and ¾ cup of water into a small saucepan.
Let the mixture come to a bubble and then lower the heat to low and let it cook for about five minutes while continuously stirring the mixture.
After five minutes pour your mixture into a bowl and top with the toppings you like. I went for a fried mini banana, apple, some pumpkin seed butter and I also ended up adding some soy milk ( I did that after the photo was taken)
