Add the puffed quiona, chia seeds, linseed, matcha, plantbased milk, soy yogurt, banana and blueberries into a jar.
Mix it up until weel combined, cover with a lid and place in the fridge over night.
Your muesli will have thickened quite a bit over night, so if you prefer it a bit runnier you can add another splash of plantbased milk. Then scoop the mixture into a bowl and top with a handful of blueberries, sprinkle with a few pistachios and add a drizzle of tahini and maple syrup.
You can obviously also just leave it in the jar and add the toppings to the jar and then enjoy your breakfast on the go.
