Tropical berry bircher muesli - brunching with my signature dish

Ingredients
  • 1cup oats
  • 1cup blueberries
  • 1cup raspberries
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1cup oat milk
  • 450g soygurt
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 passion fruit
  • ½ cup mango puree
Instructions
  1. Throw all your ingredients into a big bowl bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Place your Bircher muesli in the fridge and leave it to thicken over night. Enjoy your Bircher during the following days or serve at a brunch.
