Hey there!
And another month has passed. It’s March already. How did this happen? It feels like we only just started the New Year and now we’re in the third month already. Sometimes Though to be honest I prefer to feel like time passes by quickly as this is usually sign for me enjoying myself. It probably is for most of you as well. I can’t imagine anyone saying that time passes super slowly when they really love doing something. I just can’t. But correct me if I am wrong. Anyways I am not going to ramble a whole lot at the beginning of this post as there will be more rambling and nonsense talk later on. At least as far as I know myself and my habit of talking and talking and talking about things no one really wants to know. So ss promised in last months monthly favourites I will be doing this on a regular basis from now on so here you go, my February favourites.
- Coconut oil baked veggies, nuff said! It literally tastes so much better than when you use olive oil, by all means I love the taste of olive oil and I always use it for cooking but baking veggies in coconut oil makes them taste a hundred times more amazing, I am in love!
- Hot for food blog and youtube channel. I haven’t got a favourite cook book for this month, yes I don’t buy a new book every month cause all those beautifully made cook book are also ratherexpensive… So this months favourite source for food-spiration was hot for food’s blog and youtube. The two people behind the magic are Lauren and John, two Canadians who literally create the most amazing vegan food! Please check them out, they’re stuff is amazing and they’re videos are just so entertaining as well.
- Chocolate everything. I mean I always loved chocolate but February just happened to be a very chocolatey month for me… Here are my current fave choc recipes:
- Music:
- Max Herre
- The Kooks – Down
- The 1975,
- Pablo Nouvelle – I Will
- Frank Powers – Mars
- Al pride – Leaf
- David Lemaitre – Megalomania
- Alvin Zealot – Timeline and Glasses
- Photography Playground – best exhibition I have visited to in a while. One cold February afternoon my best friend and my sister decided to head out for some fund and we ended up at this exhibition called Photograohy playground. As we arrived we all got a camera with an SD card and then we started taking pictures in all of those cool installations they had installed at the Photobastei in Zurich. I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed it and how this should be a regular thing and not just a two week exhibition instead I am just going to tell you if you ever have the chance to visit a photography playground: DO IT!
- Big jumpers, cause winter, duh!
- Yoga, yes I just like Yoga and I’ve started to get back into it over the past month.
- Real acai bowls with real acai juice pads, holy friggin yummmmm!
- And last but not least MOROCCO! I just spend a couple of days in Marrakech with my wonderful friends Nadja and Laura and we just had the most amazing time. I have always wanted to go there and guys I fell in love straight away. I cannot wait to go back there. It was just AMAZING. Stayed tuned for a whole post about it. I’ll make sure to share all my insider tips with you peeps.
So, that’s it. I gotta go. Remember I am back at uni. I can’t sleep in till late and sit around all day anymore. Not that I was doing this for the past month but I could have.
Happy 1st of March!
Bisous
