Hey there!
It’s me. I just quickly want to post another recipe. I am sort of in a rush and life is definitely keeping me busy at the moment. Though this doesn’t mean I have the right to abandon you lovely people who are of course desperately waiting for a new recipe… Am I right?
Well even if you don’t care about me posting a new recipe I am still going to quickly let you know how I prepare my basic chia pudding. I always have a jar of chia pudding in my fridge and it always consists of the same few ingredients. As I have been asked a couple of times recently about how I make my chia pudding I decided to finally let you in on the secret (it’s not really that exciting though). I know there are plenty of chia seed pudding recipes out there, I mean chia seeds have been the number ine health food for the past years, so duh, of course there are plenty of recipes. Well but not a single fannythefoodie one so of course I need to post my very own perfect chia pudding recipe.
Anyways, I’m in a rush, I’ve got plenty to do and as we’re coming closer to Christmas every day I assume you’re pretty busy as well. I am sure you’re already freaking out because of all the things you still need to get done before the big day. At least you’ll now know how to fancy up your breakfast while getting all the Christmas prep done. So here you go, chia pudding by Fanny:
- 1 tbs chia seed
- 2 tbs soy yoghurt
- 2 tbs coconut milk
- 2 tbs soy milk
- optional sweetener: agave, lucuma, stevia
- Add all the ingredients into a jar.
- Shake it up.
- Let the chia seeds soak over night. Enjoy with all the toppings you like or as a topping on oatmeal, a smoothie bowl or banana bread. What ever your heart desires:)
Voila. That’s my basic chia pudding recipe. I know, this is hardly a recipe but I just thought I might as well let you know how I prepare my plain chia pudding as it appears on my pictures on a regular basis. So peeps, enjoy your day!
Bisous
