I must admit today’s recipe is definitely not the most beautiful one colourful-wise, however, the flavours are just incredibly. What’s even better is that you only really need three ingredients (if not counting oil, salt & pepper) and they’re also pretty easy to find. It’s just parsnips, which are everywhere right now, pears and rosemary and that’s it. The three components go so well together and you’ll end up with an incredibly delicious and flavourful side dish.
Roasted Parsnip & Pear / Rosemary

Ingredients
- 400g Parsnip, cut into sticks
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 pears, sliced
- salt
- pepper
- 2 sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place parsnip and pears into a baking dish and marinate with olive oil and the chopped rosemary. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
