- 240g powdered sugar
- 100g vebugan
- 75ml elderflower syrup
- a dash of vanilla (or the seeds of one vanilla bean)
- Cream together powdered Sugar, Vebugan and elder flower syrup and Vanilla. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool slightly.
