Ultimate berry carrot smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 small carrot, chopped into chunks
  • 50g frozen raspberries
  • 50g blueberries
  • 100g strawberries
  • ⅓ cup coconut water
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ cup soy yogurt
  • 2 soaked dates
  • 1tbs chia seeds or linseed
Instructions
  1. Add all of your ingredients but the chia seeds/linseed in your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. When your smoothie is smooth and creamy pour it inro a cup and top it with the linseed or chia seed.
