Acai overnight oats

Ingredients
  • 150g soy yogurt
  • 1 pack of Acai puree (100g)
  • 70ml oat or soy milk ( for a runnier texture add more)
  • 1tbs oats
  • 1tsp cacao nibs
  • 1tbs linseed
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • ⅓ banana, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. One day before you are planning to have this add half of your so yogurt, half of your Acai puree and the oat or soy milk into a jar.
  2. Add oats, cacao nibs, linseed, chia seeds and the blueberries, if you want to have some as a topping just don't add them all.
  3. When all of your ingredients are in the jar mix it through until well combined, cover the jar with a lid and place it in the fridge over night.
  4. In the morning top your acai overnight oats with the remaning Acai puree and soy yogurt, the thinly sliced banana and if you like with a couple more blueberries and cacaonibs.
