  • 1 frozen banana or ½-1 cups of frozen mango
  • 1 pack of Amazonian Acai
  • 100ml coconut water/soy milk
  • 1 chunk of beetroot*
  • optional toppings:
  • homemade granola
  • fresh fruit
  • coconut milk
  • nuts
  • seeds
  • soy yogurt
  • chia pudding
  • ...
Instructions
  1. Chuck all of your ingredients into a blender.
  2. , Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into your favourite bowl or cup and top with whatever your heart desires.
